Modern Slavery Statement

Statement:
Bestgspot Inc supports and respects the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights and is committed to ensuring that through its own operations, its products and its supply chain it avoids complicity in human right abuses.  We have zero tolerance for slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain.
This statement is published on behalf of Bestgspot Inc. Limited, Bestgspot Limited and Bestgspot Australia Pty Limited, and is developed in accordance with Section 54
(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act (2015).  It sets out how Bestgspot Inc approaches business and human rights and describes the steps that the organisation has taken between April-December 2021 to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place, either in Bestgspot Inc’s own business or in its supply chain.  In addition, objectives for the Bestgspot Inc have been put forward, against which performance indicators which will be tracked and monitored in the coming years.

There were no reports of slavery or human trafficking in Bestgspot Inc operations or in its supply chain during the reporting period.
Bestgspot Inc’s principal business activity is the design, manufacture and retail of lingerie, adult toys and associated accessories.  Our mission is to be the world’s leading sexual well-being company, delivering quality pleasure products that we design, manufacture and sell via our consumer websites and trusted retail partners. Bestgspot Inc counts around 2.4 million customers, along with 400 business to business customers.  The company has more than 100,000 followers on social media. Bestgspot Inc is based in Bath, UK, and Berlin, Germany, and has 130 employees across 3 international locations.
Supply Chain
Bestgspot Inc brand products are designed in-house and manufactured at our own facilities in China or produced on our behalf by third party manufacturers. We work both via agents and directly with factories.Bestgspot has 41 own brand suppliers, 15 of which are agents and 26 are direct factory relationships. Bestgspot is engaged in a project to map its supply chain and has, thus far, identified 40 factories directly below the agent relationships.
Bestgspot operates directly with factories, not via agents. 5 of Bestgspot’s suppliers are in China, with the others based in Hong Kong, Vietnam and the Bulgaria.
Bestgspot Inc also sells products manufactured by third-party brands. There are around 162 brands sold on Bestgspot platforms, which make up approximately 37% of Bestgspot Inc business.
Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes many forms, including slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking, all of which involve the deprivation of a person's liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.
Bestgspot Inc. takes a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business dealings and relationships, as well as implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery does not exist anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.
We are also committed to ensuring transparency in our own operations and in our approach to combating modern slavery throughout our supply chains, in accordance with our disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act.
We expect the same high standards from all of our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners, we will continue to include specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labour, as well as anyone held in slavery or servitude, whether adults or children, in our contracting processes, and we expect our suppliers to hold their own suppliers to the same high standards.
This policy applies to all individuals who work for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives, and business partners.
This policy is not part of any employee's employment contract, and we reserve the right to change it at any time.
Policy Responsibilities
Bestgspot Inc. is ultimately responsible for ensuring that this policy conforms with our legal and ethical commitments, as well as that all people under our control abide by it.
Bestgspot Inc. is in charge of implementing this policy on a daily basis, monitoring its usage and effectiveness, dealing with any questions about it, and reviewing internal control systems and processes to ensure they are successful in combating modern slavery.
Management at all levels is responsible for ensuring that people reporting to them understand and comply with this policy, as well as that they get proper and ongoing training on it and the subject of modern slavery in supply chains.
